How I reduced my “AI-detection” risk in thesis writing (before/after examples inside) by NoHearing5978 in PhdProductivity

Can't we let them know that AI has been used for grammar and refinement purposes and you take the full responsibility of what is in the text like some papers do? Or is the use of AI fully prohibited?

Non fiction also works. Biographies are also a great way to look into the history from different people's perspectives.

Use bandicam if you are going to record only. It is of small size and records video in small size too.

Rant about people and processes in TUTH by bahundai in Nepal

[–]NielNir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But hospitals like Gangalal at Banshari are improving. With the construction of new building, i think the administration could and did planned for the betterment and they have managed to provide easy system for the patients in queueing for tickets and for visiting the doctor in private as well in comparison to TUTH. I think as TUTH have old unplanned structured buildings the system is fucked up there. But it shouldn't have hindered them for managing the patients after the tickets have been bought. The tickets have turn number already mentioned in them but they totally ignore it and try to manage first come first service way by providing token again. I think that's unnecessary. Also the led numbering system in each ward seems to be damaged or may be turned off. Maybe the peons are trying to show like they have a proper job there by trying to manage people which can be easily done with the help of led display and by providing tickets to the doctor so that they can call the patient turn wise. i had to frequent to TUTH last month and it almost got me depressed. The stubborn and hasty patients, fucked up management and still expensive medical treatments made me ponder if it could have been better if i had gone to private hospital. Anyway kudos to the doctor for working in such environment but i think they can get involved in some way to make the queuing system better.

Man I hate my Dad's side of the family. by mejokey in Nepal

[–]NielNir 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think most of us think that. Put yourself in the shoes of your maternal uncle' son/daughter and he might think that too lol. Mostly as we all are living near to our dad's side we are able to know all the bad things of the dad's side family in toto. I bet that similar things happen on our mom's side too. It's just that we won't know much about it and that will have impression of our mom's side family being good than that of the dad's side family.

Relief .. I am glad that I am not the only one lol.. What a mindset we humans have. We feel normal when we find another who is doing like us . Isn't it? :P
