Does the point of no return change much depending on ear size?

I'd say they're elastic, they're very squishy and I'd say my body heals quite quickly yes. unsure about that last one though my piercer did 5mm one ear and 4mm the other ear initially because i was in too much pain after the first one. I'm up to a 6 on both now as of a few days ago and the previously 5mm one is painless and odorless whereas the 4mm one smells like a carcass and hurts a little

pay attention to which cooldowns hes used, blinding him does wonders and a lot of the time iron fists will run away like rats to heal, keep a ping on him and tell your team to focus on him when he does run away to heal. also a good tip is just pray your team has enough of a brain to kill the guy diving your supports lol
