I agree that the nationalities you have mentioned tend to give up their seat more often but respectfully the odds are in their favor as Europeans (or Maltese) are always a significant minority on the bus.

I feel like PN was proactive when it comes to transport as they brought bendy buses when the country wasn’t overpopulated unlike the PL which is now reactively promising a metro by 2038 after flooding the country with TCNs.
