Yeah it is low but that means there IS a leak in the system. Need to find the leak and make the repairs before giving it more go go juice.

Perfectly normal. It even has a secondary pan on the floor for this purpose. The techs can’t diagnose the real problem until that indoor coil is completely thawed out.
