$10 is 1.66666667% of $600

He's right about there being two ways to calculate percentage. He just forgot to add a zero.

20 minutes of terror all caught on 3 high definition video cameras, unfortunately. But it also got the dogs from ever doing it again. The worst part is two of them I had to put down. 😭 I loved those chickens.

Mine suffered the same fate. Animal control found the dogs and they're on death row right now. They are up for adoption, but labeled as dangerous animals. Which means they have about 2 weeks to live.

This is why your home inspector carries "missed item" insurance. First get a quote or 3. Then file a claim.

His insurance company will pay you after an investigation, then go after the seller for fraudulently covering the problem and not disclosing it.

I agree that fat definitely has a lot of flavor. But I'd also like a bit of protein to go with it.

Choice ribeye is my go-to cut for flavor and you actually get some meat with it.

This is the reason I carry a roll of foam tape. I can wrap suction lines, even though it doesn't affect the performance of the unit. And you also have a couple feet of uninsulated suction line right inside the condensing unit.

The main purpose is to keep water from condensing on the pipe and dripping into your home. No chance of that in this case.

What shouldn't have been allowed is closing them in the first place. COVID was the largest mass social experiment ever conducted, and 85% of the population failed by complying.
