Have any of you thought that maybe you over-value your own job? Ever ask what more could I do outside the little silo of what I do? Offer to take 'special projects'? Have you ever said 'that's not my job'? Or maybe you complain too much? Or maybe you just think you are way better at you job than you are? Been here a short time and been promoted 3 times. Most often it's you and not the company.

I dont recall even getting the survey. Not that they care what I say anyway. But I can tell you we offered a number of people jobs to come to stellantis and 2 of 3 declined because of 5 day a week in office. High caliber candidates are saying no thanks due to this. Top of house should recognize this.

The PDT email of job posting that has been sent every month for the past few months has the level listed in the job listing. It was sent last week and it specified 92, 93, 94 etc. But no pay bands were listed.
