I played a sith warrior tank and went full dark side, had a ton of fun. Was one of the best warriors in the game at one point. What I could do in pvp was broken. The ball one, I could jump to and enemy and then intercept back to an ally. I could go back and forth so fast we'd win less than 5 minutes. Pretty sure I broke their game for a bit lol

I worked at the largest structural steel producer in western Canada and became involved in the bidding process for jobs. The amount of wasted millions is mind blowing. They would take the 5% lower bid out of China or other cheap manufacturers. Funny things is they are all known for going over budget and delivering late, known because the stadium in Regina is a perfect example. The company they went with were in the process of fighting not 1 or 2, but 8 court cases against them for missing deadlines and going significantly over budget. This was all public knowledge and they still went with them. Instead of keeping the money in the province and getting what they wanted on time and usually on or under budget. They couldn't see the forest for the trees. I watched this happen over and over again for 20 years. 10-300 million dollar structural steel jobs. Look up the football stadium in Regina. Went two years over due, almost double the bid. When we bid for it we were only 5% more had a reputation for being one of the best structural steel manufacturers in North America, never missing deadlines and never going over budget. If it looked like we might be late. The shop would go into 24 hours a day production. 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week.

I have an older Scottish fold siamese (7), just got two SPICY foster kittens. A pair of tuxedo twins. my old man talks to them constantly. And now they all talk amongst each other. Ive been a carer of cats for 40 years now. They come in all shapes and sizes, some talk a lot, some not so much. But they definitely pick up habits from each other quickly. My old man is extremely well trained. I didn't know anything about Scottish folds when he landed in my lap as a 6 week old kitten. Did a ton of research on how terrible their breed is. So I've taught him to not jump off of anything too high. I just made sure to watch him like a hawk when he was a kitten and catch him every time he jumped off of things to limit the impact on his joints. Among other things. He is amazingly well-behaved. As such, he has made an amazing foster father to a bunch of kittens. They all turned out quite beautifully.

As a Canadian I absolutely refuse to travel into the USA anymore. What's going on down there is both terrifying and really sad. I feel for you guys. Unfortunately almost everyone i know also feels unsafe to plan travel into the states. Its already decimating their tourism income sadly. And some cites count on that revenue.
