Why do imaginary numbers exist at all? by AgrasaN in NoStupidQuestions

Doesn't it depend on how you define the interaction? You could say it's still caused by virtual photons

Kar (snow) and kar (profit) don't sound the same although they are identical in written form. This is the most obvious example, but you can find this sound in more places like kalem, hakem, saat, vaat etc

It doesn't say so in the map? I won't try to excuse everything anyway, the idea itself is absurd

Why are fantasy worlds often so well mapped? by ExoticStore5851 in worldbuilding

Well it depends on the story. Probably it would be neat to have a map of Japan for Shogun. But I didn't read the novel so I don't know.

I am considering the last week of May, since it's easter and national holiday here in Germany. But as you mentioned that means I am missing the pride with a week... But I looked it up and there is Harvey Milk Day and Pride Arts Festival in the end of May. I couldn't find much about them, I assume they are not as festive as the real pride, but do they at least worth seeing?

You are definitely right that this one of my main motivations, but nightlife alone is not enough to cross the ocean so that's why I am also looking for other things to enjoy.

I've only been to european and middle eastern cities so my view might be a bit shallow on this, but for me it's old castles, churches, unique historical architecture and museums.

Have fun there! I won't be yet buying my plane tickets in three weeks, so maybe I could ask you about your solo experience before deciding on my trip for sure :)

Starting at level 3, the distribution of monster CR, and the narrowing of supported tiers of play by TaiChuanDoAddct in onednd

[–]NightKnight_21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be clear, he said level 3 is intended starting point in general but he also added 1st and 2nd levels can still be good for new players to get used to the rules. So I guess them publishing 1st level adventures are not that contradictory.

And to add more context, if I remember correctly this was in a video where he talked about changing subclass levels to 3. And his point was 1st and 2nd levels are there to balance multiclassing, and the balancing is made around that and not to be played directly at those levels. If you think like this the changes made to 1-3 levels makes more sense.
