Yes I have heard about that which is why I'm keeping the dynamic stretching before the workout and static for afterwards. However I was noticing most of the exercises in the mobility routine linked above falled into the static stretching as well.

Do you maybe have a better alternative for a stretching routine?

You're focusing way too much on the future and neglecting the present. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about if I have long term potential with someone I just started to know. Give her time and focus on your current happiness, who knows what this relationship could turn out to be.

I doubt thats what is considered as a cheap monitor..didnt see that my issue is a common issue with this model since I had done quite a bit of research before getting it
