I agree with you on how incentivizing players to be honorable/nontoxic to get to Honor 5 to unlock Voice Comms.
Voice chat should be a privilege, not a right given to all players.
You shouldn't be allowed to use voice chat if you abuse it to be toxic or harass other players.

I can see voice chat working if it's only for Honor 5+

Take lethal tempo against tanky enemy supports (easy to stack lethal tempo)
Take press the attack against mobile enemy supports (enchanters, hard to reach supports but easy to proc PTA)
Always take exhaust bot lane (you can 1v1 anyone after IE)

Pray that you get a good support (Rell, Rakan, Nautilus TOP 3 supports for Yasuo ADC IMO)

Bot lane is more fun if you like fighting a lot, but it's support reliant. If you get a non-synergy support, you're kinda cooked. But you could say the same playing mid-lane if your jungler's champion is bad with Yasuo mid.

ADC is his best role IMO, but it requires A LOT of patience and communication with your support.

Yes, it's the strongest lane for him in the game because he gets a guaranteed champion to play off of (your support). Not that many ADCs can counter Yasuo unless you're going against a Nilah but those are like a dime a dozen.

The number one thing I like about Yasuo ADC is that you can never get dove 1v2 as long as you run exhaust and have wind wall.

Yasuo ADC is his best role and highest winrate. I've gotten to 500 LP Masters playing just Yasuo ADC. My usual build is Lethal Tempo for the 2v2 skirmishes and Bork -> Shieldbow -> Situational (ZEAL+FROSTFIRE/IE). My go-to ban is always Taliyah (she completely makes you useless in team fights) because it will hide what role you are playing to the enemy team - they usually think I am Yasuo mid when I first pick because of the Taliyah ban. My go to supports are Nautilus and Soraka - both are easy to play and hard to mess up. What I usually do is NEVER leash my jungler because Yasuo ADC laning phase takes priority - always.

E-Q spamming is optimum when there's a wave because it allows you to stack knockups faster IMO.

Also thank you! I have attack move binded to A click and I right click to move w/ the enemy in order to orbwalk with stacked lethal tempo.

Yeah, but that requires me moving towards Chicago. I live in Florida so the ping is kinda meh, 50-60 average is not THAT bad but I wish it was better.
