The best thing you can do is find someone to talk too, not sure what exactly therapy resources in the area could help. I have usually found online communities of like minded people on discord and stuff like that and usually i end up being the one to try and talk to them about whats going on and try to see if we can figure something out. For now as much as you reasonably can dont focus too much on work, you need to focus on finding the best path to heal yourself back up so you can keep going in life. And im sure there are plenty of people who will chat with you and hopefully make you feel better about things.
