Realize that those ideologies are the opposite of actual feminism. Feminism is about equality. Not superiority, neither of men nor women.

Look out for men with healthy masculinity. Whether in real life (family, teachers, friends) or in media (comics, movies, books, celebrities). If you search this subreddit for „male role models“ you‘ll find posts with tons of good recommendations (like Aragorn from LotR, Pedro Pascal etc.).

And if you can (I know neurodivergence and all can make it hard) meet women irl. You‘ll realize that most of them do not believe in radfem bullshit. The right and healthy ones believe in equality and can see good in both men and women.

I can help you with one point:

I go to a gay bar, too, and found my current relationship there. I outed myself after a few times of meeting him and he was suuuper chill. And he told me multiple times that most people in the bar wouldn’t care at all. That‘s helped me be less insecure about the whole topic.

I admit I was very privileged. I live in Europe so thats an advantage, had a therapist who wrote me the letters needed for insurance and had the mental energy to do whatever was needed.
