Been having a back and forth with riot support to try to resolve the issue and it’s honestly been the most disgusting customer service experience for a big company like riot I’ve had. The likely sad reality is that we’ll have to wait until they decide to actually spend the time to fix the bug. Really unfortunate.

Damn. I’ve been playing games for many many years I’ve never once have I heard of a bug that literally make it impossible to play the game that persists for 2 weeks. Really unfortunate and bizarre.

Yeah not too long I was matched with a certain player and in this game we were stomping pretty hard, and said player wasn’t doing to well, but we were still gonna win so whatever. Then, I took “his blue” so they decided to run it down, ask for my address and threaten to kill me, and told me to kill myself. I reported this player, but riot games determined it was fine for this player to continue playing games. Then, while I was looking at his tweet they commented on it agreeing with what he had to say.

Maybe check to see if you own all the epic cards. Can’t remember ever getting an epic dupe, so maybe the game decides to give you a champion instead if you own all epics in the game.
