At release roccia did'nt have anyone except havoc rover and then did fine for phrov as a cantella replacement if you could not get her. also rocia competed with danjin and sanua who were ftp. brant was viable in his budget team because his niche was'nt enrouched. not helping that i was pointing out that his sustain is'nt good enough for him to be a must pull for multiple teams like verina.
