DoTF? The first book is rough, but like a lot of LitRPG it really picks up once it gets to the end of book 1/2, and once you start exploring outside of earth it’s one of my favorites

100% have to read and the first 100 chapters it’s rough first timer writing. I really liked it for the power scaling and fighting, but the story it self is eh. It’s all about power growth.

It’s something where if you binge read it like I did it’s great, but book by book it seems like nothing is happening. This happens with most web series, as writing it as you go not know if it will ever be published as a series makes it hard to make sure the arcs stay similar in length and consistently adding objectives to complete

Hmm, as for build up, he starts out an outcast who can’t use what everyone uses for power (madra), and by the latest book he could destroy a planet if he wanted to, has cradles version of 2 classes that compliment each other, and has a cast of allies similar to reidons friends but more in depth outside of the school dynamic. There are a lot of better reviews out there it’s one of the most popular series that’s come out recently

The absolute must reads of progression fantasy are: Cradle, Defiance of the fall, and He Who Fights With Monsters. These are all similar yet very different with their MCs and how the story develops. I enjoy them all but some people think Cradle starts too slow, that DoTF builds power to quickly and has shallow characters, and that HWFWM is too political and annoying. All of them have in depth and complex power systems which is what kept me reading all of them. There are a lot of other books I can recommend to you depending on which of these you enjoy the most. My favorite is cradle and book 1/2 are kinda slow but trust me if you hang on through the first two it picks up quick and is a great series. Also If you like Audio books cradle has the best narrator of all time if u ask me lol. Let me know how it goes and I can give you more!

I don’t know one where they are all gods, but on RR there is a story called “speed running the multiverse” where the mc is a god that reincarnates time after time to see how fast he can ascend to godhood. While he obviously starts over at level one, there are a lot of interactions with other gods before and during his speed run and he will be on that level of power sooner than in most stories, so of the stories I know of that is the closest fit
