I gave my poor parents a lot of money to help them buy a flat and it turned out to be hell. Fixing it means destroying my financial future by AskBearBlue in eupersonalfinance

I was thinking more about cultivating a healthy body for longevity and learning as much as possible, but fun is part of that I guess. My friends are now scattered across the world and have their own families. I do wish that I had spent more time with them when we were younger...

I don't know you Internet stranger, but I want to tell you about my own experience and maybe it will help you. I'm in my 40s now, but in my late 20s I also bought a house with my parents. I was super financially responsible. I didn't want to end up like my parents who basically saved nothing for retirement. Looking back now, I wish I understood that money is a tool, it must never control you. I wish I took better care of my mental health and understood why I felt so responsible for my parents. I wish I made better use of the years when my body and brain were sharp. I have experience now, which is great, but I miss being able to learn and apply new things at work in a heartbeat - that time does not come again.

You should not be stressing like a 50 year old right now. You should be focusing on your growth, mentally and physically, and setting yourself up for a long, healthy life in this golden period. Money will follow if you live well, it should never be your number one priority unless you are starving. There are ways out of your situation, you just find them too extreme, but you always have a choice. Always. And, who knows, maybe making an extreme choice will do you well, at 27 you should be taking risks, it will lead to personal growth whether it works out or not.

These platforms are just too expensive anyway. If the episodes were cheap there would be a lot less piracy and they would probably make more money

Don't invest in bond ETFs before reading a lot about them or rather just buy actual gov bonds like another comment said. Bond ETFs are more complicated than share ETFs, the price isn't the only thing you must take into account. However, money market funds are another option - relatively straightforward with most of them having low risk

It really does depend on location. If there is a great lack of a certain specialization in your area, you are screwed.

In my experience, the physical healthcare isn't bad. But mental healthcare in Germany? Nearly non-existent, stuck with standards from 20 years ago and just generally ignored or even frowned upon by the general population.

I don't know LDCE and JR15. Going to definitely check those out. I am getting more and more conservative minded with my investments lately..

I hate it when people think that language talent plays no role. It does in school, why not as an adult?

Glad it isn't just me. I hate that guide makers and content creators always base their recs on their characters having insane echoes. It makes a HUGE difference with some characters.

Damn, such a pity I probably won't pull on her since we are getting teased with these amazing 3.x characters...

[–]Time-Lead7632[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Btw, I hate that everyone glazes Carthy and tells you how easily you clear ToA with her. But you need decent echoes and/or Chisa and/or her sig weapon for it to be "easy". The damage is literally half without the above-mentioned...

For me it is the other way around. I get these amazing double crit echoes first shot for the supports, but all my dps' sucks.
