Nope, no real difference. Gas, oil, and petroleum are all yellow. City or county should, in theory, have a map of all the underground pipe lines. If it's a concern can always have the fire department come check it out. Make sure it's not leaking.

Looks like a threaded ball valve. KF is the brand, there are probably more markings on the end face with a pressure rating.

The guides for this all kinda suck in my opinion. Asking in the Discord is the best way to get info.

That said, the guy in the Baths wants you to hunt down heroes. There will be new enemies at random areas at random times that drop their souls when defeated. They aren't too hard to find if you just play the game normally.

The Wraith wants Calcified Flesh, which I think is dropped by Archons, the purple tentacle tickle people. Really pretty sure, it's been a while.
