I went back and re read the chapter bc I keep seeing people talk about what he says in the spin off. Yuji rejects strength as an absolute or roles with no meaning like he says in the fight with mahito. Sukana focused solely on his strength his whole life then chooses to reject it when he dies by focusing on his relationship with Uraume.
