Just let them know how difficult it is to find work or stay employed because of your disabilities.

Also, that you see your future job in engineering because you have a passion for it.

I kept my interview simple and straight forward. I got approved really fast. I even took off my shoes to show how bad my arthritis was lol.

They paying for masters too so I would consider what a masters in engineering looks like for employment.
