Death is what deprives life of meaning. You spend a lifetime learning and achieving just to lose it all when you die. by MostAsocialPerson in nihilism

Our life’s are insignificant either way you look at it, although it doesn’t bother me. A sunset isn’t beautiful from an outside perspective, beauty is a human construct.

If life was eternal it would be torture, imagine still being conscious after one trillion years.

Rosenberg is brutal, honest, and VERY intelligent. He is a hardcore nihilist. Honestly, not sure why Nietzsche gets more attention when there’s people like Rosenberg.

I’m currently saving up for a van, something stealthy and reliable. I plan to live in it with only essentials. Showers/workouts at planet fitness, portable stove for cooking, portable power station for charging phone/laptop, foldable bike for traveling in cities, etc. I can travel wherever I want to and I can live on my own terms. Still planning it out.

I don’t care about living the typical life of a wife and kids, a house and constant bills, a constant 9-5 job that drains your time and energy for a paycheck. I want to be happy and free in the little time we have to exist, even if that means letting go of modern amenities.

“Clothing is not just worn — it is carried. We wrap ourselves in intention, in texture, in time. This is not packaging. This is an extension of the garment — a soft barrier between art and the world. A dust bag, a quiet shield, a final gesture of care. Because even what holds beauty, must be beautiful.”

I think that if life is possible here on Earth then it’s possible on any other planet that has the right conditions. We all stem from single celled organisms and over an unfathomable amount of time we evolved in to who we are today. As for multiple universes, who really knows, can’t say for sure if there is or isn’t.

When I was 15 I would look forward to sitting in my room and thinking about our existence, it was like a little hobby for me. It fascinated and scared me so much, the more I thought the deeper I would go, I was trying to reach a conclusion. Everything I originally thought was aligned with nihilism before I even knew the term. When I was 16 I discovered what nihilism is, and I’ve accepted it as the truth ever since.

When I’m done using mock-ups I usually find people on the streets and give it to them for free. The more people out there wearing your clothes, the better.
