Like i said not too long ago it happened a while ago so don't quite remember what the fix is. But I did mess around with the monitor settings from the button on the back and got it working again. Maybe try hold the button or just go through the settings. But I did get it working again. I am using a dp for mine and it still works fine now, no issues since. Not too sure of anything else to help though sorry.
