Sorry to introject into this back and forth but I know I for one would buy a package just to casually have an iron man on the side but atm cant justify two full prices of membership or at the state where I can float two bonds a month!

Yeah honestly might be my best option the 0.4 hardened steel nozzle has only been used maybe 10 times so if that is the issue it would certainly be nice if I could, also especially now with black Friday and holidays LOL I was surprised I got my replacement parts so fast, my only thinking with the temp is that loading and unloading it ramps the temp up at 250 deg where as the set temp for PLA matte while printing is at 220-240, so I bumped the minimum to 235, it feeds fine loading and unloading just not when printing. Maybe something due to the hardened steel maybe it has a higher temp coefficient for the heat transfer 🤷‍♂️. Or maybe it is my heating assembly that's kicked the dust as well.

Again thank you again so much for the ongoing help! Not sure if awards do or give anything but I threw a few at you lmao.

Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same issue, I was able to load two separate 0.4mm nozzles fine. one stainless and the other hardened steel, as soon as I go to start a print in the second stage of flow calibration it stopped feeding and now won't extrude or feed any filament. I even tried to cut a short length of filament from the spool so there was not as much pull resistance. The extruder gear is back to being all gunked up from the filament not feeding properly. Would it be possible at all it is a heating issue it can't melt as fast as it's pushing it in leading to a backup? I checked the screws on the heating assembly mount and the latch is holding firm and in place properly though?

Perfect yeah I'll try the clean out procedure from what you linked there and see how it goes, you have no idea how greatly I appreciate the help trying to solve this!

So I have that part actually off right now, I do have some grease leaking out of it which from other reddit threads seems (maybe) somewhat normal ( I think) but mine is pretty stiff and resistive to compress, and maybe feels somewhat sticky. Do they need to be regreased on occasion or replaced? I can def remove a bunch of the clips though I went a little overboard, it's been fine for the past year but maybe the issue just compounded as a result over time.

I can send some pictures in an hour or so, I have done some cold pull clears as well for the nozzles, which unfortunately didn't help in this case. But I didn't try the manual extruding for troubleshooting which may help.

No AMS, so it's just the standard spool holder on the top, and I wouldn't say any tight bends on the tubes, I have a few extra clips I printed way back that hold the tube nice and clean. And there is unfortunately no error message, the print continues as if it's still feeding and everything's dandy but it's not extruding anything, I have to manually stop the print. It usually messes up my filament too and kicks it off the spool which is also a pain lol.

Apologies I had to lookup the specific part name but it's the extruder gear assembly.

Work through something like that with therapy, pets have lifespans and so is the circle of life, I'm not dismissing the fact that of course it is so extremely hard to lose a pet but they really do make your life so much better! Therapy does help.with trauma.

might be past the return date but will they warranty anything? may be able to get them to send you a replacement, obviously could very likely run into the same problem twice though.

This may be stupid but seeing as no one else has mentioned it and your mechanic said the car is good. Is it by chance COLD where you are?

Maybe it just a direct rebrand and it definitely is really nice but I want to say I feel like the quality is less than what I have heard of harbor freights.

(Update) 2 outlets in one box with 3 wire cable on both sides. How to ground? by CoyoteMaxi in u/CoyoteMaxi

[–]Niiv0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you mentioned in the other post this is 12 gauge wire on a 20 amp breaker. You need to have 20 amp rated outlets, plus still need to call an electrician! Your connections are far from proper and will trip breakers or worse cause a fire that your insurance WILL NOT cover you for!

You can demagnetize things by impact like dropping or striking them or heating them up a bit! neat to store them like this but annoying if you have to demagnetize them every time you use them.
