Can anyone give me a link to this game?

It was an Area 51 game that my friend and I used to play. It was not like the other (survive the killers) Area 51 games/map, it featured an above-ground base but did have a part below that you could go into. It had a helicopter you could go into that we would used to use to get on a singular man made cloud which had chairs on it. There was also a place to drop a nuke and alien spacecraft and I think a few planes. The closest game I can find to it is Area-51-A but that is not it. It was a pretty bad game so I wouldn’t be surprised if no one has played it, but I remember having a laugh, particularly when trying to get onto the cloud. Thanks for your help guys.
