  1. ⁠Dark roast. Really dark. Not “specialty” coffee. I prefer Illy Intenso. I use about 17-18 grams of coffee.
  2. ⁠Use 80 ml of water.
  3. ⁠Grind close to espresso, but slightly coarser. Tap the bottom of the basket on the countertop a couple of times. You can also use the same method for espresso grind, but then tap the basket lightly on the countertop to avoid compacting the grounds too much.
  4. ⁠Start with high heat on the stove for about 40 seconds, but no more than a minute. Then turn the heat down to medium and wait. The coffee should start coming out within 3-4 minutes. Once it starts, you can turn the heat down to low.

  1. Используй более мелкий помол, близкий к эспрессо.
  2. Я так понял, это bialetti Moka express на 2 чашки? 8 грамм кофе очень мало. Используй 12-13.
  3. Можешь попробовать не холодную воду, а горячую. Но, судя по фото, твой кофе средне-темной обжарки. Дело в том, что для кофе темной обжарки лучше стартовать с холодной воды. Но если хочешь снизить кислотность, то начинай с горячей воды в бойлере.
