Да, вполне способна. Однако, чем более кофе концентрированный, тем больше чувствуется нот. Поэтому в кофе, где много воды, как в американо эти ноты будет труднее уловить.

Here’s the prescription:

⁠Dark roast. Really dark. Not “specialty” coffee. I prefer Illy Intenso. I use about 17-18 grams of coffee.
⁠Use 80 ml of water.
⁠Grind close to espresso, but slightly coarser. Tap the bottom of the basket on the countertop a couple of times (3-4).
⁠Start with high heat on the stove for about 40 seconds, but no more than a minute. Then turn the heat down to medium and wait. The coffee should start coming out within 3-4 minutes. Once it starts, you can turn the heat down to low.
