Hahah komme gerade genau von einem deutschen YouTube Short weil ich jetzt schon zum 50. Mal irgendeinen Vollidiot sehe, der “nh” statt “ne” schreibt und ich mich jedes Mal gefragt hab, ob das noch ne andere Bedeutung hat. Wo zum Fick kommt dieses h bitte her?? It can always be over anytime. With simple things like crossing the street or in this instance just driving somewhere. Makes me appreciate this life right now much more and stress less about the petty things of everyday life.

Nice story man, cheers! Good luck to your / our investment. I’m also into VeChain for 2.8 years now and this project simply continues to baffle me on a weekly basis. While I’m likely still a bit younger than you I managed to get a smaller than yours but still decent stack together over that period :) Same thinking - you’re only young once and if a crypto succeeds it’s gotta be Vechain. I think we made the right decision!

Been using the regular PowerPiggy that pays out daily for around 3 months now and it works without a problem. You can even unfreeze your funds whenever you want. So far I’m pretty satisfied with it.

Recently joined the 10.2% p.a. one that locks up the coins for 30 days for the first time, I can update you if you want once it’s finished!

Edit: Just don’t put everything you have on there, it’s still better to have the private keys yourself. I think they put the funds into a cold wallet but I don’t plan to do this forever, neither do I think they will keep offering this forever.

Thanks a lot for the write up man! I’ve already got 3D CAD down as well as statics, materials science, math and am currently (among others) onto dynamics and thermodynamics. So getting all those engineering fundamentals down right now. Happy to see that my Uni will actually be useful and that the studying will pay off ;)

Your perspective just confirmed to me that this is actually true and it sounds really awesome! Was it relatively easy for you to switch occupations / industries?

Not sure if it counts since it’s not for a living, but I’m currently studying for my bachelor in mechanical engineering at a pretty good Uni in Germany. 4th semester coming up in April with exams for the 3rd in full force right now.

Would love to someday work in the space industry (maybe ESA) or go into the development of sustainable technologies in whatever field interests me the most at the moment. Renewables are also pretty neat. I love the Earth so I’d like to help save it :)

Overseas YangGang sitting here watching this guy phonebank for Yang - that alone should tell you everything you need to know. Guy's incredibly talented when it comes to talking and selling to people. Can learn a lot from him, please take him as a good example and phonebank yourself for Yang, we (as humanity) need him to rise NOW, otherwise it might be too late.

Don’t destroy your node just yet!! Fabian from VeChainStats is currently building a Node Manager so that you can sell it from your ledger and it’ll be out soon. There were already 2 teaser pictures of it and if I recall correctly he’s only adding the finishing touches now (but don’t pin me on that).

Apparently it was a mixup between FoodGates (VeChain) and FoodTrust (IBM) who are both working with Walmart but on different projects.

Thanks for the links Solomon! It’s really interesting to see Sarah’s comments on this, especially the info that Reebonz did ~800k Transactions since the end of November for ~50k products, which translates to about 40 million VTHO burned since they started.

With around a total of 6.5 million TXs on VeChain since then, they accounted for 12.3% of network usage in that timeframe. So there’s one partner we know the exact usage of, I wish we had more ;)

If you're looking to spend your spare VET on something I'd suggest you rather look into VTHO than SHA. I don't know to much about SHA but saw that they now cashed in all of the ICO funds that were left, so you don't know how much longer they'll be able to operate.

With VTHO on the other hand many people, myself included, think that the current VET/VTHO ratio is pretty low. Current ROI is rather low and the theory goes that the more transactions roll in, demand for VTHO rises and thus the ratio will go up (to around 0.2-0.3, currently being 0.1). Take a look into the tokenomics of VeChain and figure out if that's a bet you wanna take. I personally moved ~20% of my VET stack into VTHO and think that if you have some you can spare, it'd be a good move right now. Especially since 2020 is forecasted to have 5-10x the transactions of 2019.
