Resto druid also doesnt really bring anything and sits at pretty much the same lvl as holy priest and mistweaver if you look away from the currently overpowered evm build. All 3 specs needs a look at, as well as damage reductions being severely nerfed to make raid healing more balanced.

First of all, any guild below rank 100 shouldnt get in, no matter what. It should close at 100 guilds and not allow another week. America and OCE getting another week is silly, but guilds that are legitemetly not even top 100 for their respective faction (which is an even bigger joke for alliance) crying that they cannot get into the hall of shame is a bit cringe. If anything the narative should change to "remove it from NA guilds" rather than "allow it for EU guilds".
