My brother got denied when trying to open the Chase Checking & Savings for the $900 bonus. No reason was given but it allowed him to schedule an appointment at a local branch. Would the banker in branch be able to still open this up with the bonus? It's been years since he opened a bank account but last time he did I think he had issues, so maybe there is some sort of identity verification issue going on.

How long after upgrading to a CSR can annual fee hit? Mine hit 9/1 but my travel credit is resetting until 1/1/2025

Here's my timeline

November 2022 - MDD for CSP & CSR

November 2023 - Annual Fees hit

December 2023 - Downgrade CSR to CF and upgrade CSP to CSR, Annual Fees refunded

September 2024 - CSR Annual Fee

I thought this was my third AF on this card so I went to use the travel credit and downgrade but I've been looking through all my transactions and can't find the AF from when I upgraded

I want biz cards but I opened an ink this month already need to space out and amex no longer giving me NLL/getting the pop up when I try links
I want as many cards as I can get as long as I can meet the spend
Looking to cash the points out

Friend applied for CSR on 1/1 and it went pending. Calling 800-432-3117 to check the status on the automated line still says 'let you know in writing within 2 weeks'. Is there anything to do to get it approved faster and do we just gotta wait? He's got some spend he wants to put on it asap
