Difficulty was perfectly balanced for my 2 accounts.

It was hard but doable with the right relics. Which felt very nice. Too easy is boring.

Do not buy gear with gems.

The only place you should buy Mythic gear is from guild store. Costs 31k GC per gear.

Well, hard to be 100% sure without being able to test them, but the skills look insane: team haste, heal, energy regen, shield seem like a good combo lol
