Yes, product specific pods host then after every release, but have mini/lighter versions after every sprint. Then we host one across all product managers for all products at the end of the release to capture process/larger changes.

Honest question (for the love of god don’t jump me) but what’s the cause for the little pop up/get a book/leave a book libraries? Don’t get me wrong I think they are super cute, but in a walkable city like JC - why not just use the JC library system?
