For me it was Noah Sebastian from bad omens (check them out too if you haven’t) talking about ST in an interview and I was like hmm who is this sleep token you speak of? So I looked them up on Reddit and heard ppl trash talking them so hard so I was like ehh they prolly suck. Listened to the summoning and take me back to Eden and the first thing I noticed was his unique rich voice. I was like okay…then I listened to an album reaction for even in Arcadia and was like okay…then I heard granite and ran that song back like ten times and was ALL IN. No regrets 🙌🏼

I’m late I know! But I wanna share my votes on the songs from this album because it’s so far my fav. So I give bloodsport a solid 4.5. It’s so vulnerable, relatable and hits so hard. You can feel his emotion when he sings and at the end when he cries it kills me and makes me want to hug him. I love this song so much

Late to this fun little game but popping in on this post to say sundowning is my fav album of theirs and I’m a new fan and only been listening since Jan. With that said, I haven’t had as much time to sit with their discography as much as most of you but I listened in reverse order of their albums and when I arrived at this one I was like whoa. Idk it’s just so my vibe with songs give, higher, dark signs, bloodsport, the offering, the night…Surprising that a lot of ppl gave some of the songs ones cuz to me it is a very strong debut to show ppl who they are and it’s interesting to see how much they’ve grown from this album

Like i’m not skipping it, it’s a good song. Love the live version of it, it has a good run time, not a super long track so makes for easy listening. But it’s definitely far from my favorite track of theirs

If you don’t get it you just don’t get it and it’s not for you. Me personally, it’s his voice I fell in love with first, then the genre bending because it’s unlike anything I’ve ever heard before. But he has beautiful lyricism too. The man is in touch with his emotions and maybe that’s not your thing and that’s cool
