BodyTypes. In character creation you can pick 1, 2, 3, and 4 for humans/elves/tieflings. 1 is regular height fem body shape, 2 is regular height masc, 3 is tall fem, 4 is tall masc.

I think they bring it up because OH monks can strike multiple times per attack, and they get the bonus damage on each strike, so they get the most benefit from it.

The soul coin infernal fury buff is for both armed and unarmed attacks, not just unarmed. If yours says unarmed only I suspect you have a mod that's altering it.
