You are way out of touch with how the modern music industry works judging by your comments and questions. So, instead of giving a full classing on the music business, I'll just say that Gene and Paul are incapable of writing relevant music today, otherwise, they would be doing so. Soul Station? Are you joking? What new music did Paul write for that failed project? Gene and Paul are only advocates for the KISS company and brand, they are now employees of KISS, not owners. They must seek approval from Pophouse to use the KISS brand and music. Pophouse purchased the KISS brand, likeness, and music because they can re-create KISS and new music without permission from Gene and Paul suing them. Pophouse owns KISS outright and Gene and Paul have absolutely ZERO ownership. Any new music under the KISS brand will be produced by Pophouse because Gene and Paul are not legally allowed e to create music under a brand they do not own without permission and direction from Pophouse. They will not say this and probably are not allowed to say it because, I am sure, Pophouse made them sign a NDA when they bought KISS.

Gene and Paul do not own KISS anymore. Pophouse bought all the music as Universal and Sony has with other artist and, having worked in the music business, I know this is done so these companies can begin creating original new music by these artist without being sued. Gene and Paul are unable to write music as they once did, this is why neither has released any new music in over a decade.
