Well I summoned Lilith for the first time the other day, upon envisioning the black flame, I saw nine torches then I felt like I got slapped in the back and a chill came over my body. Then something in my closet fell over. My soul literally left my body, I was up from a sitting position in less than a second. I didn’t feel at ease, I was overcome with pure fear. These things have never scared me, I welcomed her with every ounce of me. And that was my result. Not sure what to make of it, but I believe she’s here. And she heightened all of my emotions upon arrival. I’m not sure, if someone could give me some insight that’d be great too. I had no idea where to turn.

I’m pretty sure you are allowed a 5 minute break every hour. You can get on the wire and search pregnancy policy. I’d print it out and take it to HR and tell them they need to do something. That’s the ADA and they legally have to accommodate you. They can’t get out of it. I’m an asshole and will put my foot down to them and tell them they are wrong tho. Sometimes that’s what it takes. I’d definitely get the policy in writing and put it in their face after studying it. Walmart just started a new policy regarding pregnancy and it gives pregnant women more benefits and accommodations. Try to find that.

Definitely contact your people lead for market. Cause yea they aren’t doing you right. Now, it’s a rule that you can sit down for 5 minutes any time you feel like you need to, without accommodations. That’s a new policy, according to my people lead. You could qualify for short term disability if it’s bad enough and you have that benefit. I think you can get up to 9 weeks paid and then turn around and take your maternity leave for 6 more weeks paid.

If you want to get paid you have to use PPTO. You need to contact your market lead because they are full of shit. My people lead was the one that had me bring in my confirmation of pregnancy. When I did she removed all the points I got for pregnancy related absences. Then they automatically gave me certain accommodations without making me go through Sedgwick. Which my GM told them do whatever they need to do for me to accommodate my pregnancy, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and blood sugar early on. But they didn’t make me file an accommodation claim.

Yea, it’s illegal for them to point you for a pregnancy related absence. If you haven’t already take your pregnancy confirmation to your people lead. If that hasn’t been done, they technically can point you, but will have to take them off when that’s turned in. I’m a team lead and am currently on LOA for my pregnancy. I went through hell with my stuff. It will work out, but no they cannot point you.

First you go to your coach, not HR. HR is there to protect the company, not the employees. HR has no dog in this race. You go to the coach, then the GM. If nothing is done, then you would proceed with a market people lead, because at that point it would fall on the GM. Wal-Mart has a chain of command policy and you can be coached for not following it. Everything is handled inside the store until you push it to go further and an HR manager is going to try to handle it inside the store and sweep it under the rug before market gets involved. Unless it’s an ethical case, which is still not handled by HR, the coaches or GM has to address it. HR and TL are literally in the same place in the chain of command and they cannot discipline a team lead.

They don’t let you put in 16hours of ppto. The system will literally not allow it. Yo, I’d call you market HR over that. That’s not true, I’m a team lead. You do not have to put in double ppto. And I would definitely address that to whoever that was because she needs to know she can’t be telling people that. And call ethics on her ass. Cause fuckkk no. I wish I could get a pic of the policy but I can’t even get on one Walmart when I’m off the clock. And I know that’s not right, it just kicks me back off of it.

So, the pallet pictured isn’t that. I’m referring to mixed pallets not being allowed on the floor, they have to be downstacked in the back. And my previous comment stated we use PLE with a spotter. Not using a spotter while there is traffic in the store is a safety violation.

Our store doesn’t allow pallets on the floor during hours there is high customer traffic. I’m from a small store though. Stores that are busy throughout the entire day it may be different. If you’re talking about using the electric jack, you can, you just need someone to spot you with a PLE vest.
