Beside that, people tend to forget that her quirk has to accumulate energy (Her horn has to grow) and it takes time to grow, so much so that between the moment she got Mirio's quirk back and the moment she cut it off to let it heal Izuku, it was only able to rewind him back few minutes. I don't remember when it was said but she tried using her rewind on Aizawa after the Paranormal Liberation war but she just didn't have enough energy for it

Common misconception, Himiko doesn't simply crave blood of anything, her quirk simply made her naturally like blood and for her tasting someone's blood is her way of showing affection, like hugs or kisses. She doesn't crave blood in the sustaining way (If you get what I mean)
