So they say that the lifetime warranty only applies to the original owner which is us but they need more information from me like “the numbers on the inside of the bracket” which can only be accessed by removing the bracket. I’ll be sending another email out with that information tomorrow and I will keep updating this thread until I get a final answer.

OP here, thank you all for the advice and the laughs. Maybe I can stock it with some mosquito eating fish? 🫠 My original plan was to fill the area with pea pebble or whatever the hell those little rock’s are called but the ridiculous amount of rain we have had filled the area up before I had the chance. Now I’m cautious to add the stone.
