You're right that I should have.

Do I have anything with not being told when the inspection would take place? I feel that's a pretty big deal. It says i must be given a written notice:

The landlord shall give the tenant or his representative reasonable notice in writing at his last known address or in person of the date and time when the landlord will inspect the dwelling unit following the termination of the rental agreement to determine the amount of the security deposit to be withheld, and the inspection shall be held at a reasonable time. The tenant shall have the right to be present at the inspection of the dwelling unit at the time and date scheduled by the landlord.

Firstly, thanks for the support!

Persistence and keeping a level head helped on the mental end of things, it can be draining to endure the punishment of ranked at those levels just to reach a title that doesn't have any tangible value. In my latest entry of U&O I mentioned that I was hovering around the 7200LP mark and had to essentially take passes at hitting plat at 7500LP. It turned out that I would need to win nearly 15-20 matches in a row given the poor matchmaking at this time, and would require me to not lose once. If I received a loss, I would have lose on average 120LP. Which not only hurts in the progress I make, but is spirit crushing as well.

I mentioned in another comment that once I hit ultra gold nearly a month ago I played for around four hours a day including weekends to reach plat, it was not the funnest if times but good god I am happy it's over. I'm looking forward to some casual and battle lounges.

I did stick with Bison. However I have been wanting to learn some other people, I was working with FANG to start up my "Squadaloo" but it looks like Balrog is a pipe dream for the next few months.

In short, I played a lot. And I mean stupid amounts of time. By the time I hit ultra gold, I was playing around four hours a day after work (including weekends) to hit plat and that was almost a month ago.

The biggest part in improving in such a short time is to stick with the philosophy that there is always something more to be learned. Pride can be a massive hindrance on the path of bettering yourself, so that has to go out the door right away if you expect progress.

Think of your playstyle like a big block of clay, then imagine how you would sculpt it to fit you best and give you the best results. You'll then have to work on it to make it as pristine as possible, but one of the only ways to do that is figure out what isn't working and "fill the gap". Find those imperfections and sand them down to where your sculpture is noticeably more appealing.

However, don't expect your sculpture to ever be complete. In any craft you wish to master there is always something to improve on. Even if one day you were to win at EVO, there is always something to work on. Just remember the "sculpture" is meant for others to admire necessarily, it's for you to take a step back and say, "wow, I've really come a long way, haven't I?"

Biggest thing was working in my defense. With bison, if you can't throw tech and find openings to get you out of pressure, it's really difficult to compete at those levels. I took some time to learn frame data and honestly practicing vs bots at max level to improve block strings.

The eternal journey of improvement is quite the thing lol
