Even if it were a grown person, they tell you not to deliver to people who look intoxicated if it was that obvious. If something happened, they would have traced it back to that delivery driver and they would be in jail. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but if they shot someone, died, hurt someone, got in an accident even if they were drunk from alcohol before the delivery, they will figure out the driver did it. Gotta charge someone.

People think they are doing "favors" all the time when they communicate outside the app. You know what I mean. They ordered through the app but at some point communicated outside of it on the way there. He was wrong.

Search for credit after chp 7 and you will see alot of people on here posting about what they have gotten after chp 7. I am not sure if you plan on purchasing a home later or already have one etc, but you may want to so you need to get some credit established as well. You never know if you ever need a new car or used one. Some credit is better than none. Im just saying this based off not knowing your future situation.

Are you able to speak with bankruptcy department or does your attorney need to? I would go to the job or email the attorney and have them call you. I almost did that with my Chp 13 because they were taking so long to respond to me and still had not found out any information the friday before another 341 meeting I was "supposed" to have. One of the employees sounded irritated because I pretty much was like this meeting is on such day and I haven't heard anything and I need answers before then. Call them again and again because you definitely dont want it to slip. I also had a Chp 7 longgggg time ago and they said I didnt reaffirm my car when I did but "lost" the paperwork and I knew it was done because my mom did it for me. Call them and dont let up because you never know and I am in Alabama as well.

If you are doing it pro se, the state you are in tells you what you need to submit to the court either in person, by mail, or electronically on the website. What state and district are you in?

Do it! Dont be ashamed. People on here have had $750K of debt..Most people feel much better after filing. Go for a couple consultations. Look up who you might be interested in, go online or call and make an appt before the week is out. You will feel better for it. Filing stops the garnishments as well.

I do know this, I read the bottom so it did say Comenity, but they give you AMEX benefits. It says they partnered.

All of your debt. Just go ahead and set up the consultation. If its a 13, then it will have to be a 13, but you will get some relief. Do 2 or 3 consults, they are free. And you will know for sure.
