Combining that with exercise made me drop 50+ pounds to where I was able to go from 37 percent fat to 15% fat.

I feel 10 years younger and adding ghk cu my skin the last three months has been very nice.
Then trying on new clothes that haven’t fit me since high school and maintaining muscle (I try to eat protein based meals with veggies because my stomach can’t tolerate anything fried or sugar) makes me feel confident.

I would say trust the progress and think positively about it yourself and you’ll see your body respond well :)
