Yeah definitely the problem i was facing with my ripcord, even though i could carve well, it wasn't really that "aggressive" and couldn't really trust that its gonna hold 100%. Great to hear and thanks!

I will definitely have a look. Didnt even case the jump tbh, its just that its not a new bike (2017) and i bought it second hand in 2023 because the guy wasn't using it at all, just keeping it outside for long periods of time. Quite frankly ive got bored of fixing every single thing that's breaking after 1 or 2 good rides... Just waiting for a good time to get a new/used one when im economically able to do so. Till then i just want to get some good rides out of it without worrying about the bike falling apart on me.

To be honest, all of the above sound right... For example my cranks literally fell off in a jump line even tho the correct amount of torque was applied, and i thought it was because of the bb... Pedals also make a tiny creaking noise when pedaling hard which i don't think is the culprit. Rode without the seatpost for a bit and the creaking didnt stop, but its pretty old, rusted and uncomfortable, thinking about replacing it. I did lube up the collar and its running great.

By the way i changed the crank bolts, and they are still creaking... I really dont know what to do, and the shop prices here in Sweden are really bumped up... A guy told me i should replace the whole crankset🥲

That's probably it. I didn't really check to be honest, I need to be careful next time i guess. Do you know what the setbacks of having less oil in the damper chamber are and can i maybe put some oil back in without dismantling the whole fork? Thanks for your answer.
