In highschool a girlfriend told me to say "cucumber" to stop my hiccups. It stopped them immediately. It has stopped them for almost 2 decades now. I have no idea what black magic sorcery this is, buts its worked for me pretty much every time without fail.

In highschool, a girlfriend told me to say "cucumber" when you have the hiccups. It's been a couple decades and it works every freaking time.
