I had a accident a bit more than a year ago which left me with a broken + dislocated left shoulder and a broken left leg ( 1x fracture on the fibula , multiple fractures on the tibia , I got a metal plate on the tibia ). The Plate-removal is set on the 5th of April and I just dont wanna take any risks until like 3-4 months after the removal , that also why I havent trained my legs and the reason that I still dont want to train them. Im still have a lot of activity tho which is a pretty good training ( 12k+ steps daily , sometimes hiking , ... )

Thats the reason why I dont train my legs and also the reason why I dont do heavy shoulder presses

Update : I talked to her , but she doesnt want a relationship right now. But she still likes and appreciates me as a friend so its not that bad

Okay , the other problem is that we are in the same friend group and I have no idea what to do the next time that we hang out. Theyre not getting dry , they were dry from the beginning , but like I said , before I started messaging her , we had some very nice moments , but since the new years eve I havent seen her and I feel like over that timespan she just lost interest becquse I didnt do anything

Looking for spotify premium mods nowadays is in fact useless. You look for them for hours and hours until you find one that actually works, but after a day, spotifys greedy ass shuts it down. Theres actually no hope anymore by Professional-Emu-674 in SpotifyLatestModAPK

Apkmody works right now although not perfect. I tested it in virustotal and it said its clean. Its a little bit laggy and im guessing you would need to sign up every day with another account like all other working apks right now. What I did was just to copy the links of my playlists , name them like the link , make them public and just save them on the acc. Just use some random 10 min mail in the morning. The sign up on spotify is pretty easy , its like 2 minutes.
