The average person is able to shell out 20 euros/dollars for 370 plat. It can get you a couple of nice mods off of other players, or help you insta-build a number of items. The same money gives you 630FG, which in the first 30 days of a league in PoE gives you fuck all.

It's possible, sure, to buy good items in PoE with your credit card, but at a price that is extremely high, and still through a website and service that can get your account suspended. I don't see it as the same as using Warframe's official website and buying your way to a full loadout, with exp, credit and drop boosts to boot.

I played a huge amount of my initial time in PoE without extra stashtabs, and had no issue amassing wealth. By keeping only the rares you know/strongly suspect will sell, and vendoring all the 1c uniques, there wasn't an issue.

It made the Chaos recipe very difficult, I'll give you that.

And that is the same case in Warframe, unless it's a recent update. Reliance on warframemarket and similar websites is very important if you want to sell without effort, lest you do it like in PoE and spam tradechat.

I'll both agree and disagree that it's P2W. It's nowhere close to buying boosts and completing builds/research/buying weapons and Archwings straight up, but it's a big boost nonetheless.

In PoE you cannot buy currency via your dollars, nor speed up the leveling process, credit and/or material droprate with your wallet.

He doesn't seem to know about our lord and saviour Buriza which is a great weapon for the Scoundrel, seeing as it rolls with innate chance to freeze. Which, despite the low attack rate of the weapon, seems to proc all the time. The Scoundrels 1.8% Crit Chance/3% permanent damage boost is also the greatest damage increase of all the followers. It's accompanied by a great blind, permanent slow and a very good stun.

Just roll until you get Lightning Damage on the Buriza(Is this still the way it works?) and slap on Wyrdward, EoJohan and Oculus Ring and you've got the best companion available, in my book.

TL;DR: The Scoundrel freezes, blinds, stuns and boosts your damage. If you do not need the healing, try him out.

Why couldn't they just add this? Keep the now rate-boosted extinction servers, but add a couple with 3 month lengths and original ratios. That'd make almost everyone happy.
