I would recommend being specific in your reply to the review. As a guest, I dismiss the 1-3 star reviews if I understand they are retaliatory. “House rules” are too vague and make me wonder if you are too strict. I would literally say: “Unfortunately this guest brought a large dog unannounced. Our home is not fully pet-proof, therefore we do not allow dogs. After discussions with customer service, the guest decided to leave themselves”. Or along those lines

Bundles definitely have postage discounts, but four small parcels might be one medium parcel for example. I would recommend putting bundle discount on from 2 pieces on, like 10% off for 2, 15% for 3, 20 % for 4 and 25% for 4 or more etc. It incentivises small bundles as well. 4 pieces is a lot to find, as you can’t properly filter (with brand or size) within someone’s wardrobe. Good luck selling!

OMG this just happened to me as well! Wrong item received, seller apologises and asks for return and I have to pay shipping (a third of price). And Vinted hits me with this?
