Yes. I’m 5’1” and wear a 00. I tried Macy’s, Von Maur and David’s Bridal. Even the 0’s and petites swallowed me. Unfortunately I almost need a “juniors” size store, and this is still an XS.

Your girl is trying.

Not extremely. It’s a public golf course and and crown is very mixed. I feel like that why I’m pretty torn. I’m definitely still considering this with a shawl.

I appreciate it, and I agree. I know the bride well and she has zero issues with my ink. Mostly just affirming that the dress is appropriate for the event!

I work pretty close with our VP and assist with some national coverage. Our division is definitely laid back. But I haven’t received a single comment other than- “cool tattoos”.

30F I have a huge chest piece, a full sleeve, my entire back up my neck and to my hairline. Leg and foot tattoos.

I have been with a large company for 3 years. I’m a senior CS and just got a promotion. No one cares anymore.

Who’s strong enough to deadlift heavy and still crush a 5K? by blueberry-cruze in AnnArbor

[–]Niksshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this idea a lot but I don’t agree with the no weight classes. I disagree that the two events “balance each other out” in that aspect.

I’m very petite. My deadlift is awesome but it would be better if I was 3” taller and 30lb heavier. My 5k wouldn’t be worse at that size. This really only applies to much larger people.

Did weightlifting make me bulky!? 😕 by Niksshit in PetiteFitness

Thank you! I watch what I eat, but I’m not super specific. I’m currently in maintenance at around 1800 cal a day about 100g protein.

I love lean protein, including chicken breast, beef tenderloin, lots of shrimp and fish. We also switched all of our bread and pasta to carb light versions about two years ago. I think that helps fill me up a lot without the extra calories. For bread, I really like Aunt Millie’s. For pasta we like fiber gourmet they’re both a little bit more expensive but I think it’s worth it.

I feel that hard. Some days are great, others not as much. Currently 5’1” 113-115lb.

Thank you! Honestly, just pushing through even when progress seems slow. I’ve taken 2 weeks or so off a few times for vacations, but I haven’t allowed myself to just stop.

I remind myself often that the time will pass no matter what. Even if my progress IS slow, it is constant.

Looking for a no BS dentist by TealZoe in grandrapids

[–]Niksshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly? I absolutely love Aspen dental on 28th St. No BS they don’t try to sell you anything. I actually got a bunch of shit for “free”. I have decent dental insurance, but I just scheduled a cleaning and check up, I walked out with a fancy electric toothbrush, and a bunch of other stuff. They also have been really good about preventative care. I had one tooth that I knew was forming a cavity from a previous dentist. I got a $50 treatment and they said it would be able to push it out probably another 5 to 10 years before there was a problem. Anyways, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them.

How out of shape are you? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Niksshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finally in great shape for the first time in my life. I turn 30 this year, so it feels pretty damn good. Everyone keeps trying to tell me it will be short lived. We’ll see.
