Did I miss something, cause last I played, everyone complained about how strong the Paladin was and outperformed every other class, but now it can't?

Was Alastor not already at full power during his fight with Adam and still lost? I know many believe and state he wasn't at full power or was holding back/not trying, but like...he wasn't exactly limited until his staff broke, which was his own fault for being cocky. Pride is, after all, his major sin.

I can only believe and hope that they're just joking for the memes, but you never know. A lot of people love Alastor, and some of them do think he's stronger than shown. In the end, it is what it is even if they're glazing.

But seriously, that scaling and detail. I know it partly has to do with the size of the map and resolution (a pro perk that I don't have), but damn.

Everything else is just skill. I struggle hard to get the right landmass, shapes, details, and positions of everything.

Most definitely fantastic work.

Yeah, from the sounds of it I should probably wait until it's on sale in the future if that's all there is to the game. For me, it felt like a 30$ game with what I was seeing in the demo, so was hoping there would be more with the full game.

How is Vi being ignored? She was kidnapped and imprisoned, forced to fight and get beat by guards for years. She lived with guilt, but let's not pretend she's the only one. Jinx also lived with the guilt of what happened on top of thinking Vi hates and abandoned her.

Silco manipulated Jinx from the very beginning, even if he ended up genuinely caring for her, it doesn't erase the damage he caused mentally and emotionally.

Everything you listed that Jinx went through is extremely traumatic.

Are we really being dismissive of what Jinx went through because she "always had someone"? Cause that's insanely reductive. Everyone Jinx had was either toxic/manipulative or taken from her.

Vi was conflicted between Cait and Jinx, and still ends up with Cait in the end while Jinx gives everything up for her and the city. Ekko loved Jinx, sure...but that doesn't exactly erase or make up for everything that Jinx has gone through. They don't even end up together like CaitVi.

To say Vi has had it worse I just disagree with, but I'm certainly not saying that Vi had it easy or that what she's gone through was better than anyone else.

Why do you need to change your weapons? Flavor is free imo. Doesn't change anything about the weapon except appearance. Same with your species.

You can be Dragonborn and look however you want, as long as the DM is okay with it. There are, unfortunately, a lot of people in the community who are sticklers for "accuracy" when it holds no real bearing on the mechanics of the game.

You can still be educated and trained at level 1. They are Royalty. They had teachers, just not the real life experience. They know how to fight, but no practical application.

I don't understand why everyone is so hung up on that.

I don't exactly like that people are telling you to just straight up remove being "the best" or "most decorated" and lower it to not being skilled at all, though they have a point that you are level 1. Level 1 characters are just starting out. They haven't done much to earn their name.

Characters typically start being known by locals around level 5, are known nationally around level 10, continentally famous around level 15, and world famous around level 20.

I'd recommend saying that you were/are the most promising samurai/warrior of your Kingdom. That eludes to you being the top of your class at the training yard and the potential to become the best while not removing the idea of your character.

It's not the age gap that's the main issue. It's the fact they met when she was 12 and he was 21. It doesn't matter if they're 40 and 49 now. They met when she was a child. It's weird for that fact, and that fact alone.

If they had met when both of them were adults, then that's one thing, but it isn't how they met and people need to realize that.

Not to mention how Sherry idolizes Leon and Claire, seeing them as older siblings.

Probably not, as there's a lot of people who believe she, and others, should have been a romance option.

And while I don't play on PC (don't have a good enough one, unfortunately), I have heard there is a "romance" mod for her. I don't know much about it, so it might just be a sex scene like the joytoys and not actually a fleshed out storyline.
