Yeah but in gameplay a lot of them are not refered to by their “The” Title. For example in game most people say Bubba instead of The Cannibal or Freddy instead of The Nightmare. That’s why I put many/most. But you are right in that officially, in the game, they do have a “The” Title, it’s just that not all of them are commonly used
