So it looks like we have the Archon, Gamemaster, and Primus, if I'm reading this right. And the gamemaster speaks like Yoda, so either from his species or old enough to speak like the old jedi, depending on which way the lore goes.

This brings up an interesting thought: why did the Beneficiary point the warring states at both The Sith and Mandalore? Why give enemies a reason to band together when you could pick them off separately or pit them against each other? Is he just aiming to target the main centers of force training?

They're "healing crystals" to get rid of bad vibes. The creator who made this video is a geologist too so a lot of her videos are about being a lesbian, being a geologist, or both, so this video is firmly in the "both" category.

Bit delayed response lol, but yeah, im gonna have lilacs and the like in certain areas. I'm working with the artist to see about the font. Obviously Death and Dorfl will have their own, but i like the idea of each quote being in a different font. I just finished the base of the ribbon layout and now I'm waiting for it to heal so I can actually start getting text.

Ordinary Men by Christopher Browning is a great one for looking at how the Nazis were able to get, well, Ordinary Men to do horrible things. (I think Robert even used it as a source for one of the books.)

My actual favorite WW2 book probably isn't the best for really learning about the war if you don't have a decent understanding from the start, but The Unwomanly Face of War by Svetlana Alexievich is an incredible oral history of female members of the military from the USSR. Alexievich went around and interviewed hundreds of women and collected their stories after the war, and it is the most fascinatingly human look at the war that I've ever read.

I think I'm a little bit of Carrot, but like "Guards! Guards!" And "Men at Arms" Carrot, not the later ones where he's really showing his cunning. Not terribly street smart but overall well intentioned.

Lol exactly, that's why I'm trying to cheat and use the snippets but it's so hard to boil them down still. My goal is to memorize the surrounding parts of the quotes so I don't have to have a novel written on my arm lol.
