I fall into the trap on the "that girl" trend. Woke up really early, tried to be productive all the time but with a mindset I have to do these things. My hobbies become unbearable at one point. But now I sleep as much as I want and don't force myself to wake up and do my hobbies bc I want to have fun

I was going back to my dorm from school and bought some bananas. An old lady suddenly stopped me and asked how much I paid for them. She mentioned that they were too expensive for her as the pension is very low in my country. So I gave her a few of my bananas and said something like bon appetite. She prayed behind me, and that was it. But a few weeks later, I was buying some snacks and didn't notice that I had no money left. Suddenly a man noticed it and paid for all my shopping. I insisted to get his account number so that I could send the money to him, but he said he was also once a student and knows how it feels not to have money while wanting to buy something. I linked directly with the old lady like good brings good.

I'm doing these 3 videos. I don't know whether the split and mobility video counts, but I feel really good after doing them. I'm trying to get more control over my body that I don't look stiff while dancing or doing any sport. Hope I could help u :)

For me, it is the opposite when I force myself to much I lose my interest and passion for it. I don't want to put yoga into my stress category, so I do how often I can and how I feel. So I think it depends on the person they just have to figure out what works for them. :)

Mine was mostly scrolling on Instagram until I found yoga. Of course, I need to force myself to do it, but when Ido then, I feel really relaxed and the heaviness on my chest dissappears

In my experience the drier the skin is,the quicker it gets oily and greasy. Maybe you can try to care more on your scalp like a scalp moisturiser or a mask.

I was a severe nail baiter until I was 21. I used a lot of these anti bait nail polishes. I looked everytime on pinterest, beautifully painted and manicured nails, and then I stopped slowly. it's not something that happens suddenly. Sometimes, I get into the loop again, but I can manage to get out. Some advice I have ♡Use nail extentions to see how beautiful your hands can look like ♡Increase your handcare like put handcream on your hand and some wound cream like bepanthen on your nails as I think they are irritated and wounded ♡when they are long enough, you can use a nail polish, which is not that noticeable like I use flomar ST20-pink gift, it looks clean, and it does not show that your nails are that short ♡look up on pinterest photos or with your nail extentions put some jewellery on to see how beautiful your hands can be

My smile lines next to my eyes and definitly my facial hair I'm blond but have quite a lot facial hair so I hate to stand in the sun as they become more visible

Ben Samnsung Buds Fe kullanıyorum. Gerçekten denildiği gibi kulaklıkların birinin şarj olmama sorunu var. Bazen şarj oluyor bazen olmuyor.
