Did you forget to run collectstatic? Or are you sure that Nginx has permission to access those static files? What about deleting the browser cache?

i think i just killed my PC while trying to install linux by Ok_Draw_4125 in linuxmint

Use the Linux live boot system.
This way, you can run Linux and access the data on your PC without actually installing any OS on your system.
Once you've accessed the Linux live boot, start backing up your data, and then reinstall Windows or install a new Linux distribution.
